Return and refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

·        Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

·        Items must be in original packaging, and include all accessories.

·        Proof of purchase is required.

 

 

If you receive a damaged or scratched product, you must inform us within 48 Hours after receiving the product. Claims made after 7 Days will not be accepted. Lunar will provide a refund or replacement only if one is requested within 7 days of the receipt of your order and only under the conditions listed below:

·        Delayed delivery of the product In case the product is not received, you can cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded to you within 14 working days. (Lunar is not responsible for delays in refund processing because of delays caused by banks, calamities or national holidays).

·        Wrong product received.

·        Damaged product received.

 

Non-Returnable Items                                                              

          Engraved or personalized products.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

          Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

 

Cancellation Policy

          You can cancel your order by filling out this simple form HERE, before the item has been dispatched. If the item has not been delivered, you may cancel the order by refusing delivery.

          Your refund process will be initiated after we receive the original product from the courier.

Contact our customer support, Provide order details and reason for return.

2.      Return Authorization

Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions.

3.      Shipping an Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Ship the product to the address provided by our support team. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Inspection and Approval

          Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

          If approved, a refund or exchange will be processed.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer, JazzCash or store credit.

• Products not meeting return eligibility criteria. . Unauthorized returns without prior approval.
